Thursday Evening Classes

7pm Classes every Thursday: February 25 through April 1

While the Lenten Season begins with ashes, it has always also been about hope.  Lent is a time for slowing down, being silent, self-reflecting, shifting our priorities, and listening to the voice of God who is not only loving but also brings us hope.  In these trying times of Covid-19, political divisiveness, isolation and sorrow, a variety of voices will assist us in unearthing hope in our lives through art, song, scripture and cultural history.  Our facilitators include Brianne Turczynski (EYSJ). Bp. Kimo Keawe (Society of St. Damien), Rev. Anne Weber (St. Philips), and Rev. John Meulendyk (St. Philips).  We thank those who responded to our questionnaire in helping to create this focus.  Everyone is welcome to participate, so please join us weekly on Thursday’s evenings beginning February 25, 2021 at 7pm.

The Zoom link for this meeting is found in our newsletter, the E-pistle.
